Being involved with you from the ground up ensures that through each step of the process you have the level of communication needed to not only bring your vision to fruition, but also have a great experience in the process.

1. initial contact

We love getting to know our clients well right off the bat. After phone or email contact, we will have an initial in-person meeting and ask a million questions trying to get to know you. We want to leave you with an understanding of the process. Over time, we will refine your style.

3. Schematic design phase

Once we have a good idea of what you are wanting to achieve through our understanding of your vision, we create a floor plan and design for you. We continue to refine and edit to create the concept for you to approve.

2. site evaluation

For a new construction project, we like to walk the site with you. We determine location and direction to determine our build potential. We want to hear from you what your vision is for how you want this space to serve you.

4. finish selections

Through the inspiration you've given us while sharing your ideas, we will manage finish selections and create vignettes with you in mind. We will do this for your home while creating a holistic design.

5. construction document development

Once you have approved the floor plans and elevations, we move on to building your construction documents. This is where the codes and details are addressed for your building or renovation.
